• We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties.
• When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.
• If you choose to keep your credit card on file, please know that the card number is encrypted.

General:

• For your protection, we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
• The price of an item is final at the time of sale.
• Should you choose to use your Debit card (or any card linked to your checking account), the amount of your purchase will be charged to your account up front or at the time of order fulfillment. The funds reserved for your order may be held by the bank, even though the transaction has not been finalized. The actual length of the hold is determined by your bank and is outside of our control. However, most holds are released within 3 to 5 business days. Since debit cards are linked to cash accounts, changes or adjustments to your order can result in multiple pending transactions on your account. We do not assume responsibility for loss or inconvenience due to held funds.

Returns:

• All items carry a 30 day warranty for manufacturing defects except as noted below. Providing the item shows no signs of abuse, we will replace or repair the item at our discretion.
  • Closeout items are provided as-is with no warranty.
  • All Bat sales are provided as-is with no warranty.
• Any type of customized garments/items etc., cannot be returned. This includes hemmed pants and special order items.
• Pants are not warranted due to the nature of their use.
• Returned items must be in new condition including the original packaging. For instance, if you ship shoes back to us in the shoe box and it is sealed with packing tape, it is no longer in new condition. Please return the items in the same manner they were shipped to you.
• Packages that are returned to shipper will be left as an open credit on the customer’s account. We will not re-ship any order until confirmation of the correct address is provided by the customer.
• For closeout items, all sales are final! The only exception to this is if you need to exchange for a size reason, we will allow this provided the item is in new condition. The customer is responsible for shipping both ways.
• All returns require a receipt.
• Defective items must be shipped back at the customer’s expense before a replacement will be issued.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. When returning a non-defective item for cash refund, only the item cost is refunded, not the shipping costs.
• Items damaged by a 3rd party are not warranted. A common occurrence is a screen printing shop shrunk your shirts.

Payment Options:

• We accept cash, personal checks, money orders, certified or cashier checks, PayPal, or credit cards for payment.

Shipping:

• Custom hemmed pants – the stock items on your order will ship with your pants when the alterations have been completed.
• The day of shipment does not count as a shipping day. For instance, if you are in a one day shipping zone, you should get your package the NEXT day if you place your order before 12pm Central Standard Time.
• Upon delivery, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately. Discrepancies found more than 7 days after receiving your order will not be honored.
• Canadian orders will include all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees during checkout. No additional charges will be due upon delivery.
• Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select And Expedited Shipping will ship the same day if ordered before 12pm Central Standard Time, not including weekends.
• Saturday delivery is not available and we only process shipments Monday through Friday. Next day service placed on Friday before 12pm Central Standard Time will arrive on Monday.
• Custom orders will ship via your chosen shipping method when the customization process is complete. If you choose a shipping method other than standard ground, this DOES NOT speed up the customization process. Customization orders are completed in the order in which they are received.
• We ship via UPS for orders shipping within the US and Canada. Orders shipping to an APO Military Address must be called in. We DO NOT guarantee any post office shipped orders. Once an order has shipped, credit or reissuing items for lost or non-delivered packages will not be granted.
• We do not ship using 3rd-party shipping accounts.
• UPS is used for shipping and UPS does not deliver to PO boxes. A PO box cannot be used as a shipping address.
• Canadian orders ship once a week. All Canadian orders placed before Friday will ship out on Friday. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped with the following Friday shipment.
• We will not be held responsible for shipping delays due to acts of God.

Second annual Get Hits 4 Education Foundation All-Star Game is scheduled for September 23, 2012 at Community America Ballpark (a.k.a., T-Bones Stadium), a 4,800 fixed seat stadium located near Legends Outlets, the Kansas Speedway and the new Livestrong Sporting Park in Kansas City, Kansas.  The event will feature the Kansas City metropolitan area’s most talented baseball players, many of the all-stars will participate in skills competitions and regular pregame routines.

The Get Hits 4 Education Foundation All-Star Game is an exciting event that services the families of the Get Hits 4 Education Foundation in three ways:  1) educates as to the history, mission and goals of the foundation, 2) provides opportunity for each family to raise funds toward their own child’s fees, and 
3) builds a foundation of inclusion in sharing fun, family and friends.   Our goal is to have over 4800 attendees that represent our organization’s alumni and current families as well as others within our community, and beyond, that are eager to learn more about us and contribute to this important cause.

In an effort to raise awareness for the number of youth diagnosed each year with juvenile diabetes, the KC Barnstormers Organization has committed to making a difference in the lives of some of the families affected by this disease. We will be making a donation to help offset the costs associated with providing needed medical supplies, doctor visits, hospital stays, emergencies, time off work and the numerous other expenses that these families face on a daily basis.

Jake Jarrell, a 10 year old boy in the Kansas City area, was diagnosed in August of 2007 with Type 1 Juvenile Diabetes.  Jake is a normal active kid;  he loves sports and plays baseball, soccer and basketball.  But, like other kids with diabetes, Jake has to test his blood glucose 5 or 6 times a day by pricking his finger.  He also wears an insulin pump to regulate the sugar in his body.  Diabetes is never fun.  School and sports are often interrupted by high or low blood sugars, both of which affect performance.  But until a cure is found, this will be a part of life for the Jarrell family and for all families who have a child with diabetes.  Jake and his family have been chosen as the first of many families to receive support from the KC Barnstormers Organization.  We believe we can make a difference, one family at a time.

Please join us at 9:00am on Saturday, February 26 at Turner Elementary School/Stieneger Field and watch the KC Barnstormers play a 100 Inning Game to raise funds for Jake’s family, and to raise awareness for Juvenile Diabetes, KC Barnstormers and the Get Hits 4 Education Foundation.

Our players will get the opportunity to meet a family touched by our efforts.  Together, KC Barnstormers and the Get Hits 4 Education Foundation have helped hundreds of Greater Kansas City’s youth secure the funding necessary to develop their baseball and academic skills as well as obtain post-secondary scholarships.  Along the way, we have introduced these young men to social responsibility greater than any game — yes, even a baseball game.

Tim Jarrell, Jake’s father, is grateful for this opportunity and has helped facilitate the initial work necessary to leverage the 100 Inning Game for success.  We guarantee our efforts to play the game hard will be strong, however, we cannot have strong efforts in raising money without your help in the form of a pledge:
